Mission
We provide a dynamic learning environment where students develop their creativity, critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and a lifelong love for learning. There is continuous communication and observation focused on the needs, questions, and concerns of the students. Once identified, these are discussed by mentors with the intention of developing a comprehensive transdisciplinary plan that addresses and engages these interests and needs across all subjects studied during that week or even throughout a semester.

Our Curriculum
We structured our subjects based on both the Romanian and the British-Cambridge curriculum. We seek to provide children with access to an alternative education, with an international outlook and the possibility to study and apply their knowledge within the country. We combine elements of traditional exercises in notebooks with creativity, practical application, and discussion of what has been learned.
For primary and middle school classes, we need to impart working systems that include order, clarity of ideas, sufficient repetitions and reviews for all students, organization, and strategic thinking in approaching any task.

Secondary School
În ciclul gimnazial, la CEKT, ne concentrăm pe aprofundarea cunoștințelor și pe dezvoltarea gândirii critice, printr-un curriculum divers și orientat către abilitățile practice și interdisciplinare.
Pentru a le stimula curiozitatea și implicarea, folosim abordări inovatoare, cum ar fi învățarea bazată pe proiecte (PBL – Project-Based Learning).

High School
Ciclul liceal la CEKT oferă un mediu în care elevii sunt ghidați să își descopere pasiunile, să își dezvolte autonomia și să se pregătească pentru cariera dorită. Curriculum-ul este structurat în primii 2 ani pe examenele IGCSE și apoi pe cel A-Level, pentru a oferi o educație completă, incluzând: 🇬🇧 Limba engleză➗ Matematică🧬 Biologie⚛️ Fizică🧪 Chimie📜 Istorie🇪🇸 Arte lingvistice (spaniolă)🎨 Istoria artei În plus, elevii sunt implicați în SEL (dezvoltare socio-emoțională), proiecte practice prin PBL, dar și activități artistice precum muzică.
IGCSE
International General Certificate of Secondary Education – este o certificare academică recunoscută la nivel global, oferită de universități și consilii educaționale precum Cambridge Assessment International Education. Aceste examene sunt adresate elevilor cu vârste între 14 și 16 ani, echivalând cu finalizarea primului ciclu de studii secundare.
Pregătire pentru studii avansate:
- Performanțele bune la IGCSE sunt esențiale pentru admiterea la nivelurile A-Level, IB sau alte programe similare.
- Acestea oferă o bază solidă de cunoștințe și abilități, necesare în domenii specifice.
Acces la universități internaționale:
- Universități de renume recunosc IGCSE ca o certificare academică valoroasă.
- Elevii care își aleg materiile strategice au mai multe șanse de succes în cariere STEM, umaniste sau economice.
